LAUGHING MATTERS

Saturday, October 20th,  1-4pm at the Belfast Boathouse, Steamboat Landing

Come share in an abundance of healthy practices designed to show you how much a sunny attitude and indulgence in a little fun influences your overall well-being.  A host of Belfast’s happiest care providers will be on hand to show you the many ways in which you can bring joy into your life and banish the bad humours!  A healthy dose of hilarity will be provided by Maine comedian and wellness enthusiast, Gary Crocker, and there will be lively music by the Machias Ukuleles.  Join us for laughter and fun for all ages!

“When you laugh… your brain releases endorphins in your body.  It’s a natural painkiller.  It’s a gift from God.  You don’t have to buy it, you don’t have to search for it; it’s right there, handy to all people.  Be kind and share your laughter with others.”  – Gary Crocker -
