OTB Submission forms for participating in events/promotions
Please follow the deadlines listed under each promotion/event in order to be included on the OTB website page, press release, and FB event, and any other place we will advertise. We cannot make changes after the press release date. The press release goes to papers, radio stations, and tv stations.
CABIN FEVER RELIEVER SALE
- Annually the first Saturday in February; February 7, 2026.
- 2026 deadline to submit your promotional plans is Monday, January 19.
- Press release will be sent on Tuesday, January 20.
ICE FESTIVAL
- Annually the last weekend in February; February 27, 28, & March 1, 2026.
- 2026 deadline to submit your promotional/event plan is Sunday, February 16.
- Press release will be sent on Monday, February 17.
BELFAST POCKET MAP
- .It costs $25 to have your business listed.
- 2025 Deadline is Sunday, March 9.
"SIDEWALK" SALE
- Annually the first Saturday in June; June 6, 2026.
- 2025 deadline to submit your promotions is Monday, May 25.
- Press release will be sent on Tuesday, May 26.
PASSPORT PARTICIPATION
- Annually runs November 1 through mid-December.
- 2025 commitment to participate is noon, Wednesday, October 8. This includes providing the OTB office with your gift certificates.
- Press release will be sent on Monday, October 20.
SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY
- Annually the Saturday after Thanksgiving; November 29. 2025.
- 2025 deadline to submit your promotions is Sunday, November 16.
- Press Release will be sent on Monday, November 17.
EARLY BIRD SALE
- Annually the first Saturday in December. December 6, 2025.
- 2024 deadline to submit your promotions is Sunday, November 23.
- Press release will be sent on Monday, November 24.
DOWNTOWN EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT
- Please complete this form to be included on the downtown employee discount program.
- If you need to change your discount, please allow seven (7) days so that everything is updated correctly.
