An Introduction to Kundalini Yoga w/ Ananda Yoga

Join Kundalini teacher Linda Prichard for this intro into Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga focuses on breath and the energy body in order to balance mind, body and spirit. Using Mantra (sound), Pranayama (breath), Kriya (movement) and meditation, Kundalini Yoga balances the endocrine system and strengthens the nervous system so that we can experience our natural, optimal state of bliss. There will be no pretzeling of the body, no required skill set and no athleticism needed. Some things may challenge you but everyone can approach Kundalini Yoga in a way that works for them.
