Awakening the Heart – Flower Essences for the Heart Chakra

Flower essences are liquid, energetic remedies made from the flowers of living plants and can be used to address profound issues of emotional well-being, soul development, and mind-body health.
In this class we will explore flower essence that will support the heart chakra. This energy center is the mediator between the body and spirit. We will hold space to invite the gifts of opening to unconditional love, forgiveness and compassion.

This class is intended to help facilitate developing you own personal relationship with flower essence and achieving a sense of well being and inner peace.

The class will include a combination of teaching, guided meditation and time for personal reflection.
