Beginner Yoga Workshop

Now is the time to begin your yoga journey. In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga—breath work (pranayama), postures (asanas), and meditation—in a safe and supportive environment. We will explore basic alignment of asanas and introduce modifications suited for your body and physical needs. This fun, community centered workshop will empower you with the knowledge and confidence to continue with your yoga practice.
Perhaps you’ve been wanting to try a yoga class, but feel nervous because of limited experience, or you’ve gotten away from your yoga routine and wish to jump start your practice. This workshop is for you.

In order to adhere to CDC guidelines this workshop is limited to 10 students max.
