Breaking Down Chaturanga w/ Ananda Yoga

Do you struggle with chaturanga? Do you wish to understand better alignment for your shoulders and build strength in a safe way?
Join yoga instructor Amanda Caldwell for a workshop specifically focused on the pose Chaturanga Dandasana (4-limbed staff pose)!
In this class we will learn to understand the 4 actions of the shoulders, which action is involved in proper shoulder placement, and helpful direction and cues for the hands and arms to help bring ease to your practice. And of course, we will be putting it into practice so come prepared to flow!
This workshop is suitable and encouraged for all levels.
