Chair-ity, Artful (Silent) Chair Auction

Artful Chair Auction for Belfast Public Health Nursing Emergency Fund. A silent auction culminating on Saturday, August 15th, Noon to 5, at Local Color Gallery, 135 High Street. All proceeds generated by this event will go to Belfast Public Health Nursing’s Emergency Fund. Featuring chairs painted and decorated by local artists. It’s our way of giving back to those who have done so much. Come by, make a bid and take up a piece of “functional” art. Chairs were available for viewing and bidding beginning on Thursday, July 31st during gallery hours. The gallery is open Wednesday – Sunday, Noon to 4 pm.
