Eating for Energy

Join Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Amanda Cooney, for this educational workshop on how to incorporate habits and foods into your lifestyle to support natural, balanced energy throughout your day.
We will use tools to connect and get to know each other, identify habits that may hinder your energy using handouts and leave with resources to refer to, to keep you on your path. With awareness of how all aspects of your life effect your energy you will begin to make shifts towards a more balanced lifestyle.
