Paddle the Passagassawakeag River with the Tide with BBWC

Paddle the Passagassawakeag River with the Tide, Saturday, June 24, 2:30-5:30 pm.  BBWC invites the public to paddle up the Passagassawakeag River with the help of the rising tide, past an eagle nest to the Head of Tide. When the tide turns, the group will float back down to Belfast.  Meet the trip guides, Debbie and Tom Murphy, at the Belfast Boathouse at 2:30 pm. Bring a boat, paddle, PFD, water, a snack, protection from rain, sun, and wind. Binoculars optional. Trip is weather dependent. Limit: 12 participants.  For paddlers who want a longer trip, there will be an opportunity to paddle across the harbor to Young’s Lobster Pound for dinner overlooking the harbor.  For more info contact Tom at 603-528-4777.
