Reflexology for Self Care w/Ananda Yoga

Reflexology is a natural way of bringing the body into balance. Energy is at the core of reflexology. It is the body’s way of self-healing. Gentle pressure on the reflex points on the souls of the feet activates the parasympathetic nervous system to provide relaxation and revitalization.

-helps reduce pain and relieve headaches
-helps lessen symptoms from PMS and menopause
-stimulates the nervous system to promote healing
-improves digestion and the body’s metabolism
-improves circulation to the body’s organs and tissue oxygenation
In this workshop you will:
*enjoy a lovely foot soak
*learn about reflexology and its healing capacity
*practice techniques for doing reflexology on yourself
*benefit from a calming hand massage
*and, perform an in-depth reflex massage on your feet
We will end with a restful savasana to include a guided yoga nidra meditation. You will leave with pdfs to continue to practice these techniques at home.
