Revitalize and Refresh with Restorative Yoga

Join us at the studio for a 1 hour and 30 minute workshop offering a perfect blend of gentle and restorative yoga.
Gentle yoga includes a combination of yin and soft flowing movement to recirculate energy and warm the body. Restorative yoga is a meditative, calming experience that allows you to go inward, to connect to your inner wisdom and vibrancy, and your own capacity for healing—body, mind, spirit.
Slide into stillness in postures using props and time to turn down stress and increase deep relaxation and mindfulness. Proper alignment creates space for breathing and props allow you to settle in fully for optimal healing potential. With a focus on breathing and time in postures, restorative yoga improves flexibility and mindfulness, and reduces stress and tension.
This is a perfect workshop to share with someone you love—a friend, a partner, a parent—and extend the gift of self love.
In order to adhere to CDC guidelines this workshop is limited to 6 students max.
Preregistration is required. No shows will not be refunded.
Additional CDC protocol:
Both teacher and students are required to wash their hands upon entering the studio.
Masks are not required, but welcomed.
The teacher will not practice hands-on assists.
If you are feeling ill, please refrain from coming to class. (We have several virtual options available!)
Bring your own props whenever possible, studio props are available as well. When using studio props, after class please place them in the basket provided.
Routine cleaning is doubled and surfaces/handles will be disinfected after EACH class use, as well as the usual protocol for cleaning the floors, to ensure the studio is clean and ready for the next class.
Fans have been installed in the window to draw the air out of the building and an air purifier in the yoga room.
