Socially Engaged Art

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until September 17, 2020
A space for conversations about how we might engage through the arts to catalyze social action, respond to or investigate our current reality, and process or instigate change. This gathering is appropriate for artists of any discipline, medium or inclination (dance, music, sculpture, poetry, etc.!) who are interested in art as social practice. Community-based or personal projects or initiatives may emerge organically from the group discussions. Meet up by the entrance to Waterfall Arts (at the picnic tables, in the parking lot) at 7pm.
Gatherings will be cancelled in event of heavy rain.
