In this workshop we’ll use ancient yoga philosophy and principles to cultivate a practice and daily mindset of non-judgement and non-violence towards yourself as well as others. Students will learn how to center their yoga practice around self love in order to avoid strain or injury, enhance their meditation practice, and spread more happiness in life. This world needs more love and we can only give to others as much as we have for ourselves!
Some yoga experience necessary.
