You will be guided in Divine Sleep, a powerful, deep and restful Divine Sleep practice. All you have to do is lie down and listen to a gently guided meditation. Bring anything you’d like to make yourself comfortable, blankets, pillows etc.
The journey leads you through the layers of the body—clear, vibrant, and tangible—through the koshas: physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Your heart’s deepest longing, as well as personal images and symbols are invited to arise and enhance your experience, creating a unique and authentic encounter, bringing you to deeper levels of inner freedom.
Characteristic outcomes of Yoga Nidra include relieving stress and anxiety, improving connection to your deepest self, and increasing health and wellness.
There is nothing required of you, but to lie down and listen; give yourself permission to rest, balance, and restore.

In order to adhere to CDC guidelines this workshop is limited to 8 students max.
Preregistration is required. No shows will not be refunded.
Additional CDC protocol:
Both teacher and students are required to wash their hands upon entering the studio.
Masks are not required, but welcomed.
The teacher will not practice hands-on assists.
If you are feeling ill, please refrain from coming to class. (We have several virtual options available!)
Bring your own props whenever possible, studio props are available as well. When using studio props, after class please place them in the basket provided.
Routine cleaning is doubled and surfaces/handles will be disinfected after EACH class use, as well as the usual protocol for cleaning the floors, to ensure the studio is clean and ready for the next class.
Fans have been installed in the window to draw the air out of the building and an air purifier in the yoga room.
