Youth Yoga Series: PreTeen

We are offering a four week yoga series just for 9-13 yr olds to practice yoga and breathing in a safe and nurturing environment. Join yoga instructor and former English teacher, Sheila Caldwell, for this fun series!
Bring mindfulness into your homeschooling routine by sharing in a weekly yoga class for you and your adolescent youngster. Learn to practice calming breathing exercises and physical movement to come together and destress. Stretch your body and mind and strengthen physically and emotionally in your relationship by engaging in life-long skills toward better heath and wellness. Discover how incorporating a weekly yoga class into your routine can create space for adults and teens/preteens to ground, stabilize, and open—body, mind, spirit—to enable greater ease in all aspects of your life.
