While we will not be able to pack stores with crowds, we’ve developed an alternative plan that will allow for safe and fun holiday shopping & dining experiences from November 27 – December 14.
This alternative to our traditional Early Bird Sale, will allow for safe and fun holiday shopping & dining experiences throughout our downtown.
Shop from November 27 – December 14 and make a purchase at a minimum of five downtown businesses and you will be entered to win one of several gift card packages to downtown businesses totaling over $5,000.
This year we’re encouraging you to spread out your holiday shopping.
What is the Passport?
The Passport is a booklet containing participating businesses and information about specials or deals they may be offering there are nearly 50 participating downtown businesses.
The Passport makes it fun and easy to explore downtown, discover new local businesses, support the local businesses you love, and find treasures for everyone on your holiday shopping list.
Passport holders who collect 5 stamps or more will be eligible to win some amazing raffle prize packages. Passports are free and will be available at Delvino’s, Down Shift Coffee, and Rollies starting Monday, November 23rd.
When can the Passport be used?
The Passport can be used from November 27 – December 14, 2020.
This allows the community to support local businesses, reduce crowd size, and allow for flexible shopping over several weeks. Details about the prize packages will be announced later this fall.
How can shoppers get a Passport?
Passports are available at Belfast Fiber Arts, Coyote Moon, Chocolate Drop, Delvino’s, Down Shift Coffee, IMAGES, Heavenly Yarns, The Green Store, and Rollies.
Alternatively, you can shop online instead of having your passport stamped. Use the form below and submit receipts or proof of purchase from five (5) different participating businesses (dated between November 27 – December 14).
How do Passport holders use the passport?
After making a purchase in a participating store, there will be a place for businesses to “stamp” the Passport.

What do I do with a completed passport?
Completed passports can be returned to participating businesses and will be collected for a drawing to be held on December 16th. Winners will be contacted shortly after the drawing.
