    Description

Flower essences are liquid, energetic remedies made from the flowers of living plants and can be used to address profound issues of emotional well-being, soul development, and mind-body health.During this workshop we will hold safe space for a deep dive to meet flower essences that support our root chakra. The root chakra, or Muladhara chakra in Sanskrit, connects us to our most basic needs of safety, survival and security. Our "root" literally is our connection to the Earth and is responsible for our sense of belonging, security in our actions and choices, formation of our identity and feeling connected.
A balanced root chakra helps bring into alignment the truth that we are connected and that we have everything we need. From this state of security and abundance we can release beliefs or patterns that no longer serve our highest vibrations.

This class will include teaching, guided meditation, gentle movement and hands on work with flower essences to support balance of the root chakra.

$38/class or $100 for a 3 pack of this series

About Amanda Peaslee: Amanda Peaslee is an intuitive herbalist with a passion for fostering a state of physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. At the heart of my work is the belief that health is not simply the lack of illness, it is the act of supporting the mind, body and spirit working together to achieve harmonious relations with ourselves, our environments and all non-human kin.
