Local Color Gallery is a fine art gallery in downtown Belfast, Maine. The gallery features 15 local artists working in a wide variety of mediums: oil, acrylic, watercolor, and encaustic painting; printmaking and etching; fiber, wood, and found object sculptures and assemblages. Each of the artists runs the gallery two days a month giving visitors an opportunity to meet one of the artists whenever you stop by. The gallery art changes on a monthly basis to always have something new for your next visit.
