Built in 1857, the historic Customs House, now known as Post Office Square, has long served as a Belfast gathering place. It has been home to parades, speeches, and quirky celebrations.
These days, it is also where we kick off the holiday season. The City of Belfast, Our Town Belfast, and many volunteer elves install a lighted holiday tree, a Chanukah menorah, and a mailbox for letters to Santa.
